4 Hour Work Week


Question.  Do you feel like you are a productive individual?  Do you feel successful?  Okay. Now read the book: 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss: http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/      Then rethink these questions.  At that point you can accurately answer these questions.

This book has certainly changed my perspective.  It’s changed my life!

Pareto’s Principle – The 80-20 Rule

20% of what you do will give you 80% of the results.  Food for thought. ’nuff said 😉

    We must be achieving on many levels to be a complete person.

    Think of it in Occupational Therapy terms: We have to work, play, rest, sleep and eat. If we are doing all of these well, contentment and a good life will follow.

    Think of performance related to your body, your mind and emotions, your soul.
    Have fun working and playing with who you are…
