Thai Yoga Massage with Lana

Just wanted to share my practice here 😉

Happy Vernal Equinox!

Spring has begun!
Let us begin this transition into the warmer season with a balanced mind and body, ready to take in the breath of spring.

I invite you to clear energy blockages, detoxify and cleanse the organs, tone the muscles and improve flexibility, increase circulation and flow of energy through the body…through a gentle, relaxing Thai Yoga Massage.  The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are vast and many parallel that of a Hatha or physical Yoga practice.  As your body is manipulated into asanas, or Yoga postures, and the practice of letting go, Thai Yoga Massage is commonly referred to as “lazy man’s Yoga.”

In lieu of the Vernal Equinox and spring cleaning,

$75.oo — 60 minutes
$100.oo — 90 minutes
$120.oo — 120 minutes

Joint extension and muscle stretching really characterize thai massage as different and very beneficial. The stretch is graded to the recipients abilities and so you come away feeling like you were stretched and massaged……..good stuff!!

I just wanted to let you know I loved our session last night! I feel really good this morning! I think you are really good at what you do and look forward to seeing you again soon and the good ‘info/tips’ you have shared with me! -Beth Battistini, Legal Administrative Assistant (NJ)

    Thanks Lana!
Folks, the Thai massage is truly a unique experience! All you need to do is relax and Lana does the rest. It’s like a fusion of yoga, massage, physical and energy adjustments.
I found I was so relaxed I was able to experience energy being released in my arms and legs. I also was aware of my energy centers spinning (chakras), something I have never experienced before and I have been engaged in spiritual practices for decades. Lana is very accomplished in her chosen field. She has traveled as far a India to study and has a dedication and a passion for her work you can easily feel in her presence.
If you have an opportunity to take a Yoga class with Lana or a Thai massage, I would highly recommend it. Be with an open mind and surrender to it: you won’t be disappointed.
    Peace and Good Medicine,

Lana: Trying to relax is not as easy as it sounds. I hope to get better at it. Thanks for the great massage and I will try harder the next time to give you all control. I thought I would feel sore and stiff from the stretching the next day but felt great!
    See you soon, Karen
