Spring has begun! Let us begin this transition into the warmer season with a balanced mind and body, ready to take in the breath of spring.
I invite you to clear energy blockages, detoxify and cleanse the organs, tone the muscles and improve flexibility, increase circulation and flow of energy through the body…through a gentle, relaxing Thai Yoga Massage. The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are vast and many parallel that of a Hatha or physical Yoga practice. As your body is manipulated into asanas, or Yoga postures, and the practice of letting go, Thai Yoga Massage is commonly referred to as “lazy man’s Yoga.”
In lieu of the Vernal Equinox and spring cleaning,
Lana Baumgartner received Level 1: Thai Massage Fundamentals training from the Orlando School of Thai Massage with Thai Bodywork Certified Instructor, Rob Murray in May of 2009.
Rob welcomed Lana with ardor, with knowledge of her training in Classical Yoga at The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, in Mumbai, India. Lana felt utmost ease in offering Thai Massage, as it had been her most adored pastime during her visit to Thailand in 2006. Ten years of Hatha Yoga practice has enabled Lana familiarity with the techniques of Thai Massage and the flow of energy from giver to receiver. Lana has 1000+ hours of experience with a diverse population of bodies and three years teaching Yoga as a certified instructor.
