This will be my one of my very few “beauty” posts, as I believe that when we focus on beauty-it fades. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Quite honestly, I could categorize this as a post about health, however the content may apply more to women as we tend to use more products on our body than men…capice?
Today I bought Cocoa butter from a local variety store. Generally, the products that I use on my skin and hair are natural. What does “natural” mean?
Dictionary.com: existing in or formed by nature (opposed to artificial ).
Do you ever read the labels of the STUFF you put on your skin? If you cannot pronounce it, or you don’t know what it is…DONT PUT IT NEAR, IN, OR ON YOUR BODY!
Surprisingly enough, the earth has provided us with everything we need, including any health and beauty needs.
Did you know that the skin is the largest organ of the human body? Our skin reveals the truth! It is of a reflection and indication of our inter workings.
Are you observing unhealthy skin? Look inside!
I once met an amazing man from Kuwait on an airplane to France. He happened to be a Doctor with a private practice in Chicago, IL. Do you know what that man told me? You have beautiful skin, never wash your face!
Then carried on with these recipes:
2 egg yolk
mix these ingredients to your preference to find a slightly glue-like consistency (similar to mayonnaise)
I will add to this post in the future, but for the moment, I’m off to make a batch of body scrub!
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp orange oil or squeeze of fresh orange
1 tbsp vitamin E or olive oil
mix ingredients, and remember to apply in a circular motion towards your heart while bathing!
Love the skin your in!
